At ASENSE, quality is at the heart of everything we do. Demonstrating this commitment, we have invested in state-of-the-art equipment, including advanced machinery such as the ATS₁₀₀®. Our Quality Management System is certified to ISO 9001:2015, covering all clauses without exclusion. This robust system is meticulously designed to ensure that every product we supply conforms perfectly to the specified requirements, drives continuous improvement throughout our QMS and ensures that all necessary information and resources are available.

Clean room ISO7 / ISO5

Our 60 m² clean room is designed for the assembly of optical systems and lenses under controlled conditions (ISO7 / ISO5). These conditions allow us to respond with greater agility, precision and quality to the production needs of our customers.

Electronic assembly area

Our 40 m² Electronic Assembly Area is specially designed for the integration and verification of high-precision optical and electronic systems. Our equipment includes the ATS₁₀₀® alignment and turning station, which allows reproducible and precise manufacturing, minimising off-centre errors. In addition, we have equipment such as the OptiCentric® 100 for centring measurement, the OptiSurf® LTM for optical thicknesses and MTF and WFE test benches, enabling us to ensure maximum quality and reliability at every stage of the assembly and control process.
