ASENSE specialises in the design, engineering and manufacture of advanced optical systems for space payloads.

We are active in the New Space sector, developing customised solutions for Earth observation, environmental monitoring, optical communications and scientific exploration missions. Our experience

Our experience, proven in projects such as DRAGO (hyperspectral instruments for CubeSats), allows us to design and manufacture compact and reliable systems that withstand the extreme conditions of space (vibrations, radiation, thermal). We offer tailor-made solutions that optimise performance, miniaturisation and reliability in extreme environments, thus contributing to the advancement of space technology.

Drago II

DRAGO II: a compact, high-resolution SWIR lens developed by ASENSE for Earth observation from small satellites (CubeSats). Its main objective is to provide detailed images in multiple bands of the electromagnetic spectrum, allowing valuable information to be obtained for various applications such as agricultural monitoring, natural resource management, coastal observation and fire detection, all in a lightweight and efficient design for low-cost space platforms.

This system is already in orbit on board the ALISIO-1 satellite and offers a high image resolution, reaching 50 metres per pixel.
