F4E Technology Transfer: Exploring new business opportunities from inspection and quality control related to fusion
Our R&D Director, Thomas Siegel, presented the new developments for inspection and quality control that ASENSE Europe has developed within the framework of the ITER project:
- High-precision dimensional inspections.
- Reflectivity measurement system for large objects, surfaces, in hazardous environments.
Attendees had the opportunity to discover how ASENSE can adapt these two technologies for other applications and industries.

Event Description
This webinar was an online conference that aimed to showcase the commercial potential of developments in inspection and quality control for nuclear fusion within the framework of the Fusion for Energy Technology Transfer program. Fusion for Energy and its technology transfer network invite all interested parties to participate in the various webinars and activities they organize throughout the year.
During these conferences, companies have the opportunity to explore and learn about the synergies between fusion technologies and their application in non-fusion fields.
The webinar was organized by Fusion for Energy and the technology transfer network formed by In Extenso Innovation Croissance & Knowledge Innovation Market (KIM).
